I brought my vehicle in for a motor replacement and what followed was over three months of pure frustration. There were no consistent updates, and I was left leaving voicemails that went unanswered for days—sometimes weeks. Communication was virtually nonexistent. To make matters worse, no loaner vehicle was provided for the first two months, leaving me stranded and scrambling for transportation. The staff showed a shocking lack of knowledge about my vehicle, which became painfully clear throughout the process. When I was finally told my car was ready, I drove it for less than a minute before the check engine light came on. The car did not drive properly, and it was clear something was still very wrong. Upon inspection, I found tools left under the hood, the car was filthy, and covers were improperly installed—with missing screws on the heat protector. Post-delivery, the car still doesn’t drive well, and I’m left wondering what exactly I waited three months for. This dealership has demonstrated incompetence, poor customer service, and a complete lack of professionalism. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
