Quality Service June 5, 2014 I had brought my 2007 Monte Carlo SS in for service for an inspection sticker, LOF, rotate & balance tires. During the maintenance check June 5, 2014 I had brought my 2007 Monte Carlo SS in for service for an inspection sticker, LOF, rotate & balance tires. During the maintenance check my vehicle needed front brakes 9 pads & rotors ) as the brakes were well worn. I had the service work always done on my car at this location; which is also where I purchased the car. The service dept. is as always very professional and knowledgeable with their interactions with customers and Scott Lyons and the service dept. certainly go beyond the extra mile to do top quality work which I have always experienced while at this dealership. My car is now operating correctly and safely and I do recommend Herb Chambers Chevy for all of their honest, reliable work they do. Great service as usual I brought my wife's Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 to Herb Chambers Chevrolet in Danvers for service on April 07,2014. As usual, Scott Lyon was very friendly and I brought my wife's Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 to Herb Chambers Chevrolet in Danvers for service on April 07,2014. As usual, Scott Lyon was very friendly and professional at all times. Scott called for Kevin McCaul to come up to the service desk to get an idea what problems I was having with my vehicle. Kevin checked out the vehicle and found out two window regulators needed to be replaced, clean right front directional assembly & replace bulbs, and blow out sunroof drains. The vehicle was repaired and ready for me to pick up in a timely manner as usual. Scott and Kevin take there jobs very seriously and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there. I would highly recommend this Herb Chambers Chevrolet of Danvers service center. Both Scott and Kevin act professionally and friendly every time I have been to the service center. The service engine soon light came on in my 2005 Chevrolet Z71 Pickup on Wednesday night. Thursday morning I took my truck over to the dealership. I told Scott Lyon my service advisor what was goin Chevrolet Z71 Pickup on Wednesday night. Thursday morning I took my truck over to the dealership. I told Scott Lyon my service advisor what was going on with my vehicle. Once again Kevin McCaul worked on my vehicle. Kevin was able to find the problem. It was a faulty solenoid. My truck was repaired and I was on my way in a couple of hours. The experience with Scott and Kevin was exceptional as usual. On (Friday) January 24, 2014 my 2003 Tahoe broke down, I was towed into the dealership, upon my arrival I was greeted by Scott Lyon who promptly put his attention to my needs. A few hours later Scott calle was towed into the dealership, upon my arrival I was greeted by Scott Lyon who promptly put his attention to my needs. A few hours later Scott called to inform me that it was my alternator and battery. Kevin McCall was the mechanic that stayed past 5pm to make sure that the repairs we completed. By 7pm that evening I was able to pick up my vehicle. Over the weekend my Tahoe was still not running right, first thing Monday, January 27, 2014, my Tahoe was brought back in, again we were greeted promptly by Scott. He listen to what was going on, and Kevin McCall was the mechanic, he quickly found that the fuel pump was faulty. The service and attention we received by Scott & Kevin was exceptional. We will always bring our vehicles to Herb Chambers Chev. in Danvers for our repairs. We have experienced great service every time we need service. Great job Scott & Kevin!!! Thank you. More
