I always hate driving on to a dealer lot to look for a new car. I envision being mauled by sales people and guided to the most expensive car on the lot I can barely afford. I had gone to four dealerships before arriving at Herb Chambers Jeep in Millbury and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I was greeted by their sales person, Miguel Cepeda, who was friendly and willing to listen to what I needed in my new car, rather than trying to sell me what I didn't need. The finance dept was great and got me an interest rate that beat the one I had from my bank. I have since been back to have my Jeep serviced and was happy with the serivce folks as well. I LOVE my Jeep and expect I will be back to Herb Chambers Jeep for future purchases. More

We went to Herb Chambers in Millbury to trade in one car against a new 4 door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We had a specific colors and options in mind. At Herb Chambers the sales staff were great. Eileen was my salesperson and she was all about helping me find the deal that worked for me. Sure enough I found out, with her help, that I would be able to aff my salesperson and she was all about helping me find the deal that worked for me. While making the deal Eileen was willing to stay late and even be in early in the morning to work with my schedule.
