I went to Herb Chambers Jeep in Millbury to service my 2010 Grand Cherokee Limited. I figured while I was already there, I'd check out the 2011. We had our eye on a 2011 Overland and she mentioned the new features and asked if we were interested in taking it for a test drive. Of course we did and we loved it! We didn't have time to stay that day to talk about a new purchase, but made an appointment to come back and discuss. Eileen wasn't pushy or over the top in terms of 'just trying to get a sale'. She understood what we were doing. We came back a couple of days later and started the preliminary paperwork. Since what we wanted wasn't on the lot, we'd need to order. She was professional, organized and helpful- we placed an order for our new vehicle that day! I would definitely recommend working with her again- she was very attentive to what we wanted and respectful of our time. More

Working with Eileen was wonderful. She was professional and friendly. She claimed to be new but we couldn't tell. We wanted to trade in a 6 mo old jeep for a more family friendly vehicle. Due to the time it took to sell my car first, this purchase took nearly 2 months to make never once did he give me the cold shoulder and never once did he pressure me to make the purchase before I was ready. Both myself and my father purchased our wranglers there this summer and my father had some issues with his hardtop. Dennis, who was not his salesman, took it his personal interest to not only get my father a new hardtop, but to fix rattle that he had due to the bolts not being fastened tight enough. The ONLY thing I could say negatively if I had to find one about the deal was the financing manager himself. He puts a lot of pressure on you to upgrade warranties and purchase other things and definately confuses you when you are there. Also, pay attention to the financing terms mine "changed accidentally" before I was aobut to sign the papers form 3.9% to 7.9%. Just make sure you know exactly what you want and how much you want to pay, if your knowledgable great things will come from this dealership. I would recomend Dennis to any family friends or strangers he was that good. More
