I went for a scheduled maintainence and inspection. When I drpped off my car Sean checked in the system and offered to take care of recall so i didn't have to come back for it. Because of adding re When I drpped off my car Sean checked in the system and offered to take care of recall so i didn't have to come back for it. Because of adding recall, the service would take twice as long as I expected which I did not prepare. Learning my concern, Sean arranged a ride to drop me off at my home. He called me when my car was ready and of course i got a ride back to the dealership. Sean explainwd me in great details what have been checked, results, my car condition, when is the net maintainence, et., before I signed all paper work. I learnt a lot. Before I left, he thanked me for my business and offered a free car wash. He said I can call him directly if I need any services in the future. Sean is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. He made a customer like me feel valued, understood, appreciated, heard, and confident that issues, if any, will be addressed efficiently and with empathy; essentially, like customers' time and concerns are being taken seriously and that the company is genuinely trying to help customers to resolve their problems. More
