I had a very good experience with my service appointment. My service representative Sean DeSilva eased my concerns with having a recall on my 2022 Honda CR-V. He explained what would be happening and that the part needed was waiting for my car in the service area. He called me to let me know my car was almost done and would be ready for pickup at 4pm.
