My top notch Service Advisor - Sean Desilva is always on hand to make me feel right at home and to provide me with his expert advise and recommendations on what I need to address in order to keep my Odyssey van running in mint condition. Sean is not just personable, but easy to get along with and very adept with his insight on Car/Van care. He is serious about providing his clients with 100% clad iron stellar service. I always call or look for Sean when I am at the Service Center. I know without reservation that I can refer Sean to all my friends and they will receive the same great service and after care recommendations. I always leave the dealership and service center with a confidence that I have received the best that Herb Chambers of Boston is offering to the members and clients across the board…which is the same awesome value and after care service. I can't believe this dealership is owned by Herb Chamber. Worst Herb Chamber dealership experience ever. I've purchased four cars already and just started seeking for my fifth car recently. I saw some cars a Worst Herb Chamber dealership experience ever. I've purchased four cars already and just started seeking for my fifth car recently. I saw some cars available online so I scheduled an appointment at this dealership which is 45 minutes away from where I live. When I got there and requested to take a look at the available car,they told me no cars under display here and no new cars in stock. Besides, the general sales manager's sooo rude (The sales I met is nice though), he treated customers without respect at all. He's so pushy and pursuaded me to put a deposit to lock down a car which would actually come in July. I did put the deposit down after confirming with them that this is REFUNDABLE. And just TWO DAYS later, when I called to cancel the booking, they told me this is non-refundable and trying to find some rediculous reasons to make it sounds like reasonable. We customers are not idiots. When I requested for a copy of the contract and price sheet on the phone, they refused to do that and asked me to come in person to take a picture (This is illegal). So I have to drive 45 minutes to go there, take the picture and drive another 45 minutes to come back just to have a photo copy of the contract which I might need in the future to get my money back. They still don't want to refund after I show up in person. And the general sales manager is so rude, as always. I can't imagine what their altitude would be once I pay the due upon the car's delivery. I'll never consider purchasing any cars from this dealership and I'll get my deposit back at all costs. I'll file the complaints everywhere, both officially and unofficially, spread to everyone just let them know NEVER go to this dealership if you want to buy a car!!! More
I went in because my car needed a 30k tune up and my A/C was blowing warm air. He assisted with scheduling my appointment (he squeezed me in on busy Saturday) and offered door-to-dealership tranportation. The customer service!!!
