He showed me the vehicle, explained all of the features and answered all of my questions. He went through all of the documentation with me and explained every detail for me. He was very knowledge about the car and process and helped me understand everything. The general sales manager, Alfredo, was also extremely professional and helpful. He met with me to listen to my concerns and particular circumstance and then went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible for my family and our needs. The finance manager, Lascelle, was also extremely professional and helpful. He reviewed every document with me in entirety and answered all of my questions. My salesman Sebastian,and the G M Alfredo as well as everyone were helpfull and seemed to enjoy working there.
