I went with my husband and we will not be returning. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I went in after speaking with a woman through email for over a week. I walked in the dealership and immediately got bombarded by salesman. 2 salesman walked over to me, hungry for someone to buy a car from them. Then a arrogant pushy manager- Completely unprofessional. They proceeded to tell me that we were going to do a presentation on the car buying experience there. I told them that we wouldn't be doing it. We then got to the appraisal on my Crv. told them to take my keys and do a quick appraisal while we ran numbers inside. They pretty much didn't let it happen and made me go out with them. Then they said we can’t show numbers it’s just msrp youre lucky you came others dealers are bad. We asked for the girl we spoke to they informed us she’s there but is too busy. Hiding from clients who she lied too. From there, the staff was so rude that I walked out. More
Disappointing experience. I emailed Fabian Garcia yesterday and he never got back to me. After trying to make me come in before answering my concerns. I called in for him after sending more emails yesterday and he never got back to me. After trying to make me come in before answering my concerns. I called in for him after sending more emails, spoke to two of his colleagues one girl in sales asked me to come in when I asked about the details she but me on hold while I was talking. Spoke to her yesterday and today. Rude. Picked up after 15 minutes said she only scheduled appointments.. Fabian won’t be in for a few days. Another manager answered then hung up. As a buyer the way I am treated online or on the phone is an example of how I’ll be treated in the showroom. Since I’m being yelled at for asking a question and not given a price and hung up on that only tells me if I come in it will be worse. Very disappointed in their behavior it seems they are to lazy to earn someone’s business. 3 people had the opportunity to sell me a vehicle and all 3 failed. With Covid 19 I would expect them to sell a vehicle online and bring it to me as I’m only 9 miles away... inconsiderate people. More
Insulting manager Jay Miranda- claimed I was lying about a warranty from another store. Then said it is available but “has more discrepancies than your cable bill” while this unprofessional has not even re a warranty from another store. As a black men it’s good to see others of my kind employed in sales but I guess they just hire them for the looks “Dorchester proper” instead of training their sales staff. One gang was outside smoking cigarettes while no one was at the front desk to take a deposit. LITERALLY COULD NOT PAY THEM. I wanted to hold a car in case their lies were true “no one else will do this price etc” but they were not available to assist. The excuse is not a small staff it’s not having a capable staff. The gm office was a joke one guy sitting down legs up looking at stocks online, not sure if he worked there. My pals told me the same but I like to give retail stores a chance as many people exaggerate but in this experience proved to me that this store is truly the worst. The positive reviews must be paid for or by the employees. As I didn’t not see one happy client in there. More

I’ve been with Honda for 6 years....they sent me a mail and emails saying we want to buy your lease back and get you into a car (base model) for 159 a month no money down...they wasted my time for 5 hours and emails saying we want to buy your lease back and get you into a car (base model) for 159 a month no money down...they wasted my time for 5 hours and tried to put me in a car for more money than I am paying now.. then we discussed going into a higher model which I was in agreement but my insurance went up when I was told “no it won’t ,just sign”...(the salesperson was fine by the way, nothing to do with him) it was the girl and her manager that lied to me on the phone and the manager that met with me which made me leave this review. I am very disappointed and as I customer for all of these years, I will be walking away from my lease in February. More
Dealership won't stand behind there work. Installed brakes on my vehicle and it vibrates terribly now. Said replace my brakes with 50% life left or deal with it. Don't know about you but i will spend my money elsewhere where the parts and labor warranty are fulfilled. You would think with the countless negative reviews management would do something about it. Just shows how this circus is run. More
