Misleading and unethical behavior They are unethical . They will mislead you to get a sale. Took a 2015 lease from them, they called me for new 2018 lease. I returned my old lease an They are unethical . They will mislead you to get a sale. Took a 2015 lease from them, they called me for new 2018 lease. I returned my old lease and drove off with a new 2018 lease.They told me it was a transfer. They took possession of the 2015 lease . Yet, they are trying to tell me that I am still responsible to pay monthly payments for a car they had. Honda financial has refused to help. They had the nerve to tell me that a dealership they work with to finances loans and leases somehow had the right to take a car without any preconditions. Why would anyone drop off a car at a dealership and drive away with another without an agreement? That’s how stupid they think consumers are. If I was trying to drop my car off dealership, I could have gone to another Honda. I wasn’t trying to abondan my responsibility , I was misled. They ( assistant sales, sales person, manager and finance person lied and misled me to get that new lease signed. They told me over and over that they were exchanging my old lease for a new lease. Hence the reason why I dropped off my old lease and drove off with a new. They financed both my old and new lease. They had my information and had an obligation to tell the truth. They are still calling me for that balance even after I filed a complaint. Now I am seeking legal help to rectify this nightmare. I wish I could cancel my new lease agreement. I am reminded of these unethical people every time I get in my car. My next car will not be a Honda. That salesman call himself a Christian, I trusted him. He is a pastor. They truth is not in him! God is truth! I know the truth! The truth always prevails!. Shameful! More

Ask for Q who is a sales representative and he amazing!!!!!! He very professional, knowledgeable and works VERY HARD to much sure you are satisfied with the you want. Q was fun to talk with, educated and respectful. If it weren't for Q, I wouldn't have bought my car. Often times car salesman can be aggressive to indicate one car is better than another car, which feels like they're forcing a decision on you. while not letting the customer decide for themselves what's best for them. Q did none of that. He listened to my needs and was very honest about features and so much more. This was my first experience buying a car on my own and I was very nervous at first. But Q made me very comfortable. Q wants to get to know his customer(s) and as a customer, you would want to get to know him as well. :) I strongly recommend Q from Herb Chambers in Boston. More

Bait and switch Yesterday, we called at 9:15 am to see if a car listed on the website was available for test drive. Audrey said yes it is, we will have it available f Yesterday, we called at 9:15 am to see if a car listed on the website was available for test drive. Audrey said yes it is, we will have it available for you to drive when you arrive at 10 am. When we arrived we were told the car sold in those 40 minutes. The car is still listed on the website a day later, when I called again to ask if it is available to test drive, they confirmed it is still available, and asked what time I’d like to come in. Total waste of time. More
