PERFECT 10 STAR SERVICE! I only come to HCH for both of our cars. This service department is simply perfect from the time you arrive to the time you leave. I have to believe that it is due to the manager Susan T. She has the respect of the service advisors, mine is Tereza. I never question any repairs they call me on. Every once in a while when there are a number of things on the docket, they provide me a service item like an oil change free of charge, though on a few other occasions a parts charge has been a little high (e.g. I was quoted $500 for replacement of one foglight and cover) - though I've no reason to think there's anything untoward about those charges. Didn't have parts and didn't complete work I was told I needed new tires but had to return next day as appropriate tire was not available. I was also told when the 2 new rear tires were replac I was told I needed new tires but had to return next day as appropriate tire was not available. I was also told when the 2 new rear tires were replaced, all tires would be rotated meaning new tires will end up in front. But new tires remained on back. Weather was cold and it took forever for my car to be checked in causing me to stay outside waiting in cold for a valet. More
Rejected Emissions Sticker & Never Said Anything Brought my car in for an update to the computer's software that was a free update similar to a recall. The mechanics did the update first which was supposed to take, based on what they told me over the phone and when I got there at 9:00 AM for my appointment, Upon checking in the valet suggest I get a new inspection sticker since it was 12 so I asked them to do that too. They ended up doing the inspection sticker after the update which resulted in me not getting my car back until nearly 12:45 and my 2016 Honda Accord received a Rejection Sticker for the emissions. I was told my car was all set went out to get it and headed home without realizing the car was rejected until i got home because no one at the dealership said a word about it. I called to complain, was unable to reach the service assistant and then never got a call back about it even though I was told I would. I had to call back to reach and was told I would have to drive around for a week with a Rejection Sticker and then have to take more time out of my schedule to go back here and get the care re-inspected. The service assistant also told me the sticker was done before the update even though the paperwork I have clearly states the test was done at 12:33. Huge inconvenience. More

Although the internet makes the process of making the purchase, Herb Chambers always comes in the lowest. This is the second time buying a car, Honda from your company, the first being Dec. 23rd 2013. I enjoyed the easy process so much, that I made may second purchase here. The only "bump" in the road, was trying to find the color, (Modern Steal) with black leather interior that my wife fell in love with, in a four cylinder. Your sales team of the Sales Manager, Mr. Forest Frangiamore, Internet Sales person, Andrew, and Mr. Fabian Garcia, who once I made the purchase, stood out in 17 degree weather to show me all of the features. Also Mr. Lascelles McKenzie, Business Manager and the man I did all the "Legal" paperwork with. I ended up upgrading to the V6 to keep the colors my wife wanted. I already had a Mr. Timothy Broman purchase a vehicle from you Dec. 23rd, 2013 and is currently waiting to see the new 2017 CRV. More
Poor service experience I'm actually very unsatisfied with my recent service primarily because my issue was not resolved. I came into Herb to have a scraping noise in the lef I'm actually very unsatisfied with my recent service primarily because my issue was not resolved. I came into Herb to have a scraping noise in the left-rear wheel-well investigated and ended up leaving with new rear breaks that cost me over $1000 and no fix of the initial problem and sound. I was also told to give my car over $1000 of additional 100k service options for things like fluid flushes and filter changes and felt very uncomfortable with what was being pushed on me. My car is still making the noise and I'm no closer to having it solved. I'm actually not even sure I want to come back to the dealer after everything I've been charged, requested to be charged, and having the service be less than satisfactory. I've been coming to this location for the entirety of my ownership of this vehicle and although I used to leave more or less satisfied with the service I have had a bad taste in my mouth the past few visits, most noticeably on this most recent one. What do you do in these cases? More
