I recently bought my first car and the experience i had at Herb Chambers makes me wish i made the decision earlier. When I emailed the dealership asking about a car i was interested in i first spoke with K at Herb Chambers makes me wish i made the decision earlier. When I emailed the dealership asking about a car i was interested in i first spoke with Krystle, she was so kind and helpful informing me that the car was still available. I than scheduled an appointment and later met with Jose Y., he helped me understand everything i needed to know about the car. He followed up with me to make sure every question and concern i had was answered in first time buyer terms. When everything was about to be finalized the last person i spoke with was the financial manager Lascelle M. Between him and Jose i dont know whos better! He made sure my monthly payments were set at a reasonable amount to make sure i wasnt overwhelmed. Everyone who i dealt with are great people and i most definitely will be recommending them to everyone i know! More

I recently purchased and leased a Honda Civic from the dealership. The sales person Eli was very professional, very helpful and worked very hard with me for two weeks to get my business. I got a very good dealership. The sales person Eli was very professional, very helpful and worked very hard with me for two weeks to get my business. I got a very good price and during the closing process discovered a fee that wasn't disclosed before. The sales manager took care of it and made things right giving me an excellent deal. The sales person drove me home so that I can pick up my computer to work while waiting for the paper work to be completed back at the dealership. Very good environment at the dealership including free internet, coffee and even ice cream. More importantly this was my second time buying at this dealership and I got good experience and a good price every time. More

i bought a car from here and met all these people that were really helpful at the service dept. .ive taken it in @5 times now .it is still on the warrenty ..they really are efficent ...each one of the pe were really helpful at the service dept. .ive taken it in @5 times now .it is still on the warrenty ..they really are efficent ...each one of the people mentioned were very concerned on what i needed .spoke to ron the mechanic also and he explained how the coolant worked .someone else( didnt get his name)5plus found the extra set of keys which saved me 50-100dollars great crew at service . i highly recommend this service dealer...5 plus stars More

I have used Herb Chambers Honda both to buy cars (four) and for service and I have always been very pleased with their attentiveness, efficiency, and quality. The cars I've bought have lasted long and need and for service and I have always been very pleased with their attentiveness, efficiency, and quality. The cars I've bought have lasted long and needed only normal service and when I have needed service it's been excellent. Herb Chambers treats his customers in a first-class way with a great waiting room, free coffee, and television for those who want it. The staff is friendly and efficient. I know there is an opinion out there that dealers don't do service well or inexpensively but Chambers rebuts that opinion. More
