I went in today as I had a call that if I exchanged my Honda Accord LX now, I would be given a good price on the new one. This was an incentive not to wait until March when the lease was up. The service representative Steve Roach, was very personable and helpful. Keep in mind that this was a simple transaction: I knew I would be entering into a new lease and easily chose one of the cars in the lot. The paperwork took forever, despite the fact that I knew I had an A-1 credit rating.. I expected that I would be in and out within an hour. I was there for three hours, which killed my work day. This was distressing, as I had left work in order to accomplish this task, and is unacceptable. You have got to find a way to streamline the process, especially for those of us who are repeat customers. I don't know what the root of the problem is, but this problem must be resolved with greater respect for the customer's time. My lease is 36 months, and I hope this provides a large enough window to stream-line your system. I had indicated my concern about this to Steve Roach. I have been leasing Hondas since 1996. More
