This dealership could learn alot from its next-door sibling, Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston. I have purchased cars from both the Infiniti and Honda stores, and there is no comparison. The Honda store still uses the old-fashioned, game-playing dealer tactics that give car-buying a bad name, while the Infiniti store is a no-nonsense, well-run, customer-oriented establishment. The Honda service facility is an impersonal factory where the customer is merely a number. Work has to be done here to bring this place up to 21st century customer expectations. More

going car shopping with my mother was non the less VERY stresfull we searched high and low for used cars in great condition with a resonable price ;i would see a car i liked but the milage was to high or t stresfull we searched high and low for used cars in great condition with a resonable price ;i would see a car i liked but the milage was to high or the price was so we never saw eye to until we went to herb chambers.we were both able to agree on a car that fit her standrads. when it came to milage and price even though she isnt to fond of the color, the car is for me not her so thats one thing she didnt have control over . all in all we made a great deal on an 07 accord which is pretty good for my first car . im very happy and pleased with the great hospitality if im not being to suttle.and would encourage peopel to their "car shopping" with herb chambers. I went to this dealer a few times over the course of 2 weeks to look at a car that I was planning on purchasing. Each time I went the sales staff was very helpful. I have read a few reviews that did not like that the salesman waited at the doors. I found this very helpful and when I said I just wanted to look around alone they respected my wishes. When I finally went to purchase I worked with Rick. He was a great person to work with and was more than helpful with all my inquiries and showing me all the amenities of the car I intended to purchase. They agreed to the purchase price that I wanted and also the amount I wanted for my trade in. But when push came to shove I ended up backing out of the deal because they didn't have the color I wanted. If they had the color I wanted I 100% would have bought the car from this dealer. Unlike other dealerships I only received calls/emails when they actually had something to say to me rather than just calling to try and get me back in the dealership. When I ultimately decided to walk out on the deal over the color they indicated that they understood and wished me well with no pressure at all. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and actually wish they had the make and model in the color I wanted so that I could have given Rick the sale. More

He's friendly, funny, and most importantly honest. He wouldn't let me walk out with a deal that was unreasonable for me (and my budget) and made me feel so comfortable. my son and daughter came in to the dealership and weren't treated very nice by a sales manager named bob miller. they felt pressured and disrespected. so my wife called the next day and spoke to the general treated very nice by a sales manager named bob miller. they felt pressured and disrespected. so my wife called the next day and spoke to the general sales manager bill v. bill v took the time to talk to my wife and also apologised to my daughter when the incident occured. bill told us this is not the way herb chambers does business. i wanted to go purchase the car somewhere else but after talking to bill on the phone i truly believed that he really had my families best interest at heart. he worked out a price for me on my daughters civic and i told him i'd be in on thursday. when i got there everything bill told me on the phone was true. i do understand that people have bad days but that should not be the customers problem. if it weren't for bill and john i probably would have bought a car somewhere else. they were very kind to us and i appreciate them going above and beyond to earn our business and keep us in the herb chambers family. i will reccomend this dealership because of bill and john.
