Customer service was great from Victor in the lot who spoke with me about the cars on the lot. Offering to get a salesman whenever I was ready. Already I liked the lack of pressure. When I was ready I offered to go in to speak with someone, but Victor insisted on getting someone rather than having me make the walk back in. Out came Robbie who was very nice and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I told him that I wasn't necessarily looking to buy that day, but that I had done my research and knew what I was looking to spend. Once again I felt no pressure and was shown several cars within my price range. I was so happy with one of the cars I test drove and with the lack of sale pressure that I went ahead and purchased the car, even though my intention was to test drive another car at a different dealership I had already reached out too. So once I chose my car, filled out with the paperwork, I dealt with Tony in getting credit for my purchase and that to was very easy. All 3 employees I dealt with from Victor, to Robbie, to Tony treated me with no pressure and with respect. This was my 1st car purchase where I brought no one & I was prepared to feel intimidated, but nothing could have been further from that. I have since told numerous people about my great experience and will definitely be back when it's time for another car. I've since been back for my 1st oil change and continue to be happy with the level of customer service. More
My wife and I went to Herb Chambers to look at used cars and met Patrick. His good natured attitude and hospitality made us feel comfortable at the start. He answered every question directly and gave me the feeling that he knew his product and wasn't hiding anything from us. I had no reason not to buy the car that night, although we hadn't planned to. I had driven and checked out many cars, looking for the right car, for weeks up to that point. At Herb Chambers, we found a great car at a fair price and were treated with respect by Patrick. The night we bought the car, he stayed til 10pm with us, beyond closing time to close the sale. Fine, that's what a car salesman does. However, he hung out with us, chatted while we waited for financial paperwork to clear, and made us completely comfortable with our big life decision. In the following days, while the car went through the service department and our insurance was settled, Patrick kept me up to date on the process and made me feel like I was his only customer. I've read this about him in other reviews, and, after experiencing it, I can say its true. If I texted, emailed, or called him, I got an immediate resonse. I wanted to get the car on a Friday, but was inable to make it to Burlington to give Patrick the check. He drove 30 minutes out of his way to come and get the check from me at the front door of my work. After completing the sale, Patrick made it clear that if I was ever in the area, I should stop by so he could vacuum my car out for me. Dealer tricks? Well, he is doing something right then, because he earned my respect and trust. He cared about my sale, always professional, and was customer centered. I really liked this because that is how I act in my own profession. I've been disrespected by car dealers in the past, so I was weary of tricks. I was treated with respect here. The reason why I would recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington to all my friends and family is because of Patrick Sisk. The reason I say that is because being a salesman myself there is nothing like go Burlington to all my friends and family is because of Patrick Sisk. The reason I say that is because being a salesman myself there is nothing like good service from Day 1 Patrick has really made me feel like I matter even though i am just one customer. He always answers my calls or text when I need him he also makes sure everything in my car is up to Herb Chambers standard which is excellent. Also he does the little things like make sure I got a ride to work from the dealership and if I cant get a ride there he picks me up. I wish there was a way that Herb Chambers himself could know the asset he has in his company. I have dealt with a lot of people new to the U.S also people looking for cars first place i direct them is Herb Chambers I tell them to ask for Patrick. Honestly I wish there was more I could do for this guy he is honestly the best salesman i ever had. To sum it up this is the reason why this dealership and especially Patrick Sisk deserves a 5 Great score wish there was excellent thats what he deserves. More

He even helped me transfer my stuff from my old car to my new car. What I liked most about the dealership was that there was no high pressure sales. Just really nice people who wanted my experience to be a great one. I highly recommend this dealership and I am in love with my new car. More

My husband and I were very leary of car salesman due to their reputation and past experiences that we have had, but that has changed with this experience. He made us feel very comfortable right from the get go and explained things (sometimes more than once so we truly understood) He went over and above taking time with us each and every time we were there before we decided on the purchase. Once we did, we felt very comfortable with our decision and love the car. He spent a lot of time going over the car with us helping us to understand how to work all the "bells and whistles" which was foreign to us!!! He never was impatient no matter how many times I asked him to show it to me again, even the few times I have already been back because I didn't understand something. I honestly feel that Patrick cares about us as customers and wants us to be happy with our car and whenever we need help he will be out the door with a handshake and a smile. We have only had the car for a week so I cannot comment on service etc. but the sales was an A plus experience for us. More
Last year 2012 I began my search for a new Honda Accord. I currently owned a 2005 Accord so I decide to stop into Herb Chambers Honda. I went in with that feeling everybody gets when you walk into a dealer I currently owned a 2005 Accord so I decide to stop into Herb Chambers Honda. I went in with that feeling everybody gets when you walk into a dealership like everybody going to start pressuring me. The salesmen Bob Crow introduced himself we talked a bit and I told him what I was interested in. We went over some prices and he was very honest to me. i didnt purchase my Honda that day but decided to wait. Bob called me from time to time to see if i was still interested but never was pushy with me. One day in January he called me and told me that they just brought this Accord sport in and that I should come in and take a look at it.So i went in with my wife and He greeted us as we walked in. He felt like a friend.To make this long story short i purchased the Accord not the sport but the 4cyl EXL. The process was so easy i was out in an hour. Bob Crow and the sales manager where great. When I came to pick up the car Bob spent about an hour and a half going over all the features in my new Honda and answering all the questions I had. It was truly a very good experience.And just want to thank the folks at Herb Chambers Honda and especially Bob Crow. More
