I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from Robert Kamal. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I’m still waiting for a resolution regarding my rental car, which is due tomorrow. This from Robert Kamal. This lack of communication has left me stranded without transportation and forced to cover the costs out of pocket. It’s incredibly frustrating that such a basic necessity has become such a hassle due to the dealership’s inefficiency.
