Laurie called me several times to keep in touch during my previous lease...always reminding me of Inspections, Registration Renewal, etc. She is excellent at her job and very friendly...so it was natural to want to come back and lease another car. Tony was excellent. I met him only when the lease was being finalized and he was nothing but professional and courteous. The employees are warm and welcoming...and treat you like you are the only person who is buying/leasing from them. I had an oil/filter change for my 2008 Odyssey last month and one of the reason why I took it there was that they advertise a free car wash after every service. I confirmed that with the service rep. when I and one of the reason why I took it there was that they advertise a free car wash after every service. I confirmed that with the service rep. when I checked in. Unfortunately, after the service my Odyssey was not washed. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership for service. Update - On May 28th, 2010. I received a call from John F. of Herb Chambers. After speaking with him about my experience. John assure me this would not happen the next time. She made me feel comfortable with the whole process of test driving, reviewing details of car, finances, and showing me how different dials/buttons worked on the car (repeatedly). All staff that I encountered during my purchase were curtious and professional. Laurie was friendly, kind and above all professional. She rearranged her schedule several times to accomodate my work schedule; on one occasion going above and beyond and waited for me over an hour due to a delay on my part in getting to the dealership then she greeted me with a SMILE. I have always found buying a car to be very stressful, but not this time. Patrick Sisk was extremely knowledgeable about the CRV I was interested in purchasing. He listened to what I wanted in a car and he gave me many options. I never felt pressured nor did I feel I had to buy a car that day, although the option was given to me. I did not find a car on the lot that day I wanted to purchase, so patrick offered to have one brought to the dealership that same day.
