I emailed to set up an appointment for my car. The check tire pressure gauge was on. Sean called me right away and said to come in on Tuesday after work. I arrived at 3 pm. The place was crazy busy. Took my 2017 Civic with 8,500 miles into the Boston Honda thinking my AC issue was Condenser which had an extended warrantee due to defaults. I took it on a Tuesday. Decided to wait for the repair of the AC thinking my AC issue was Condenser which had an extended warrantee due to defaults. I took it on a Tuesday. Decided to wait for the repair of the AC.Two hours later I was escorted into the Repair Manager’s Office and told it was my Compressor.She said replacement would cost $1600 but would use her limited prestige to lower the price.The Compressor had to be shipped from California. I was told it would be 24-48 hours before it would arrive. Late Thursday after numerous calls I was told it had arrived. I took the car in at 7 am on the Friday morning. Again numerous calls to the so-called Advisor Victor who was always too busy to talk to me his Assistant Nelson told me it would be ready at 4:30. Headed over there and didn’t get my car back until 6:30 pm. Almost 12 hours after I brought it in and was told it would be a five hour job. I was sent an email from Honda asking for a Survey of my experience. I filled it out truthfully. The next day the Repair Dept head Susan called me blasting me for giving a low review. She was so aggressive I had to shout over her to be heard. I told her my terrible experience with the Advisor and time it took to make the repair. Finally I had to hang up on her screaming and wrote a letter to Herb Chambers Headquarters. I will adjust this evaluation based upon the response I get from the Headquarters. However, I did tell them I would trade my car asap to a Toyota from another Dealer. I would never want to be subjected to the abuse I received from the Morrisey Blvd Dealership. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from Chambers Honda Boston Dealership. More
