Herb Chambers Honda in Boston is FANTASTIC!!! I just brought in my car for service and everyone from Robert Hall, Meredith, Sean DeSilva Service Advisor, to one the Sales Managers who came out to the wa brought in my car for service and everyone from Robert Hall, Meredith, Sean DeSilva Service Advisor, to one the Sales Managers who came out to the waiting area to hand out gloves were just AMAZING!!! Sean DeSilva was awesome and super helpful as always and I really appreciate how he looks after me and my car. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken cared of. I really felt like family. I really had a MAGNIFICENT experience, for they made my day during these very challenging times.
