My 2017 Honda Pilot recently had a weird issue that the meter display from the dash board not working. Other functions from the car are normal but for safety reason I don't want to drive the car without kn meter display from the dash board not working. Other functions from the car are normal but for safety reason I don't want to drive the car without knowing the speed of my driving. I was so lucky to have Sean as my service representative at this dealership. Good thing that I did bought the 10 years warranty and Sean was so helpful on helping me to get the process going. Since this is a weird issue and the part that need to replace for my car is back order. It does take a long time for the dealership to receive the part but Sean was doing his best to keep following up with the department that order and release the part. After the long wait of a few months the part finally came and Sean let me know right away and get my car service. Because of this weird issue it may take a bit more time to replace and calibrate my car after the new part is installed. Sean provides me with ride to take me home after I drop off the car at the dealer for service. Once my car was finished with the service in the same day Sean provide me with another ride to pick me up at home back to the dealership to get my car. I am so please with Sean's service at this dealership and I am highly recommending anyone with a Honda to come to this dealership for any service. More
