My entire experience was very satisfactory. I had my car towed on site at 5:PM on Monday and drove away Tuesday at 2:00 PM with all repairs completed. Danielle took my phone call and she was pleasant and efficient. Robert Hall, my service consultant, was personable, very helpful and seemed genuinely happy for me when he discovered that the damage was covered.
