Sean DeSilva was polite, attentive, responsive to my questions and thorough in making sure that I understood what would be done to my car. I was amazed that he was able to stay focused on my needs because he was fielding requests from other customers and co-workers, answering questions and acknowledging them, and even though I said I’d wait if he needed to attend to something else, he stayed with me, said I had made an appointment and I had a right to be served first. He was an absolute professional and my experience was A+. More
