I felt like my time and business were both respected and appreciated. The wait area was simple, but had free coffee, wi-fi, and best of all, outlets to charge my electronics. Sean Desilva was very professional throughout my experience with the service department. My vehicle needed to be sent to the body shop due to a leak in my trunk. Sean kept me up to date with almost experience with the service department. My vehicle needed to be sent to the body shop due to a leak in my trunk. Sean kept me up to date with almost daily calls and updates and talked me through the entire process so I felt comfortable. My car had a significant (and multiple) leaks so the vehicle was gone for a while over the holiday time and end of year but he continued to keep me up to date and offered a loaner vehicle.
