Hello Mr. Pasquarella, My wife and I leased a 2020 Honda CRV through your dealership. I will tell you that it has been the finest and best-made vehicle that I have ever had the pleasure of driving. My only complaint involved taking it to your dealership and being assaulted with accusations and a work estimate of $15,000.00 I drove my car to your dealership because I was having a perceived electrical problem. Both of my headlight low beams died within 3 days. I tried to reset the tire pressure monitor and it set off a cascade of warning lights and messages on my dashboard. I received a series of calls and then had two conversations regarding the condition of my engine. Now I have had a person changing my oil when the oil-minder message came on. In the most recent case, the type of oil was different (I switched to Mobile 1 Synthetic blend. Apparently, it caused the oil to gel or coagulate. Instead of working with me, I was told that I would need to replace the vehicle's engine to the tune of $15,000.00 I am not sure if I am having an oil consumption problem. I do know that I have owned or leased 7 Hondas in the last few years. Your dealership charged me more than $300.00 for a diagnosis that it never performed, and for two headlights that I never authorized the installation of. If you want my business, I would like to start over and have you repair my vehicle as it was and is under warranty. If you make good on your responsibilities, I would also be willing to reconsider my negative review You can ignore my claim, and my situation, but you do so at your peril. I will contact the owner of the dealership, and I will also contact the Attorney General. If nothing else works, I will take your dealership to Court in order to force you to repair the vehicle, in accordance with the provisions of the Warranty.
