I went in because my car needed a 30k tune up and my A/C was blowing warm air. I arrived for routine maintenance and a few additional requests (wiper blades, inspection and fob battery). I was immediately directed to Victor who spent time reviewing my needs and explaining the B1 mai requests (wiper blades, inspection and fob battery).
