Horrible service I have been there many times before and received excellent service. I’ve had better service at a Chevy dealer in the past. I declined the work and the rep copped an attitude with my husband and I. My vehicle is kept in my clean garage for 6 months of the year while I’m in Florida. If I had a leak I would see spots on my garage floor. My garage floor is clean. I was not happy. From when I entered the facility the cashier never acknowledged us but walked passed us like we were dirt on the street. When I went to pay he was so rude I told him not to be rude to me. When I got my car I was furious when I saw the roof strip was hanging off my vehicle. That was so careless which leaves me to believe what other damage did you do to my car! Talisa was beyond curt when she returned my car to me. I’ve been a loyal Toyota/ Lexus customer since 1990. We just bought a 2023 Audi Q5 for our home in Florida. I love my 2007 Lexus and I will never bring it back to that location again. I treat people with dignity and respect and I expect the same in return. I’m so upset and insulted that I’m going to right to Lexus directly. Clearly her and the cashiers actions come from upper management at the Hingham dealership. More
