Because of false information- we checked with insurance and. MA registry of motor vehicles -Twice we went a 2 a d 1/2 drive each way our vehicle was not ready. We were absolutely informed our vehicle woul and. MA registry of motor vehicles -Twice we went a 2 a d 1/2 drive each way our vehicle was not ready. We were absolutely informed our vehicle would be ready today After purchasing the car one week ago it’s not ready. Mix up w registration which I blame the dealer for this time. We had our son figuring out each error and managing details. Husband is 83, I am 76 I think Sam took full advantage if or our age. Sam was super nice (last Monday) but got quite angry (Tuesday ) when our mechanic found a slow oil leakage. He promised the car would be ready on Wednesday Forced us to d Sig. ~ 12 items- 2 of which we didn’t understand. Asked 3 times to ask what did their mechanic no response Promised yesterday the car woukk ll d be ready Thursday (Another “mix up) Drove 1 hour to son’s residence. He called this morning and was assured it will be ready at 1pm. Called 11 am- car needed registration . 1 pm car was 3rd in line again assured we will be getting car. 3 pm was informed a mix up w registration now the say Estimated car would be ready Friday or Saturday. I am furious! More
