He recommended the right options for me based on what I shared with him. The whole process was very smooth, comfortable and pleasant; he made buying the car fun. He gave a fair market value for the SL500 that I am trading in for the Cayenne S. His trust factor with me is far beyond the above 5 point rating scale and I rely upon his advice, honesty, integrity, opinions, help and interest. While my entire family has purchased 15-20 cars from the various brands owned and managed by Chambers dealerships, Mike Fernandez stands out in my mind amongst its many many fine service driven employees. I have also noticed that as Manager, Mike is active and consistent in trying to instill his same attributes in the staff at the Boston store. In my recent purchase (today), Mike would not let me purchase the car (a brand new model for the dealership) until I had a chance to drive it. I would classify myself as a customer that requires a good deal of assistance in arriving at the right choice, and only when Mike concurs with my conclusions, do I sign the purchase order -- and in 13 months I will be back once again. Michael is available 24/7, anticipates virtually every need and cheerfully attends to any request. frankly, I have never see an auto dealer behave in such a customer-centric manner. I prefer Porsches, but often joke that I would buy any car that was from a dealership run by Mr Fernandez, just to get the excellent service. More
