2003 Chevy Impala had more than 185,000 miles on it so the car/engine was relatively well built to begin with. Had an airbag light on and needed to get repaired for car to pass inspection. Although not thrilled about paying $690 for a new SDM module (i.e. black box) which controls air bag, the car was repaired relatively quickly and they save me 10%. They had me over a barrel and they did not take advantage of the situation which means I can trust them, something very important for anyone that has dealt with auto repairs in the past. More

I previously owned a Pontiac G6 that I had serviced at Herb Connolly EVERYTIME! Jay and the service dept are always friendly and ready to help. I had seen a used Saab SUV listed on the website, called Herb Connolly EVERYTIME! Jay and the service dept are always friendly and ready to help. I had seen a used Saab SUV listed on the website, called, made an appt to drive it, and came in two days later. Fell in love with the vehicle after driving it. Our appt was at 10 on a Saturday morning and thanks to all the staff that assisted, I drove HOME IN THE SAAB at 2 that day!! John Gould was my salesperson and was fantastic! He did everything he could to assist in the purchase and get us out of there with the car that day. All involved, John, Andrew Christopherson, and Douglas Barcelos, were great to me.
