Cant complain.....much. Only becuase the last visit was not typical of my other visits. This one was out of the ordinary. I had a specific vehicle I wanted and the nearest one happened to be Herb Connolly Chevrolet. The entire facility is clean and comfortable as well. If I lived closer (it is ~2.5 hours away) I would go there for servicing. I have been using Herb Connolly for the last 2 years for service on my former 2007 Silverado work truck. I found the service department people, John and Jay were very courteous and honest. My wife and I decided to upgrade to a new 2010 Silverado. Herb Connolly's price was fair and the the trade in value was fair plus the $4000 rebate made the cost of my new truck was reasonable. I worked with John Gould a very knowledgable and helpful when I purchased the new truck and he handled the sale and delivery extremly well. I would higly recomend them to anyone. Carmen Cortese More

Delivery was accomplished as promised with the cars properly prepared. John went over the cars features in great detail and made sure we understood all the important details. Thelatests purchase was a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox custom ordered with just what I wanted and no pressure for extras. Andrew clearly reviewed the financial arrangements and details of the various warranty options. Brendon made sure we got the best deal. We have not required more than routine maintenance on the 2007 Impala and experience with the service department has been excellent. More

Our story is a bit amazing. We were just about to purchase our 2010 Chevy Equinox from another dealer. At the last minute, we decided to check the USAA website again for anything we may have missed a purchase our 2010 Chevy Equinox from another dealer. At the last minute, we decided to check the USAA website again for anything we may have missed as far as discounts, etc. I must have clicked "send" because not more than 1 minute later, we got a phone call from Kristan Chamberlain at Herb Connolly Chevrolet. She was extremely nice, not pushy in any way, but just wanted to know if there was anything she could do to help us. We discussed price, service, etc. Turns out Herb Connolly was willing to match the price of the other dealer, plus we had the extra reassurance knowing this dealership was recommended by USAA. We were referred to John Gould, who worked out the details of the sale. We ordered the car from the GM factory since we wanted specific options. There were several phone calls back and forth that afternoon to work out the details of the sale, but we concluded with giving Herb Connolly a deposit on our new car!! It was totally amazing to me how we switched from the other dealership to Herb Connolly in a very short amount of time. Our experience in the process of buying was excellent. John kept in touch with us, letting us know the status of the order and kept us updated on when the car would arrive. If we had any questions, he was very quick to get back to us. The whole purchase experience was handled very professionally and personally. I would strongly recommend buying a car from Herb Connolly. They are an excellent team. More
