We went looking for a car and stopped at Herb Connoly's Chevy and was talking to John Gould about the SUV crossover's and he told us that they could not keep them on the lot. We then saw the Malibu in the Chevy and was talking to John Gould about the SUV crossover's and he told us that they could not keep them on the lot. We then saw the Malibu in the show and he then let us take it for a road test. we sat down and talked to him about the the different car and had him get us some prices and fact on them.Atfer about 3 hours and having the information we told John that we have a decision to make and will be back. He said are you sure we can't close it now and we said no. He said have a good day and see you later... We went to another chevy dealer that same day and went in just to look and get prices and once we recieved those we were belittled and felt like we had to make a decision which we were not ready to do. After getting upset and mad we took our keys and let that dealership. If they wanted to give a car we would not take it from them. This dealership had by far the most wonderful customer service department that I have ever encountered. I had trouble with my car on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning I called and was told to bring service department that I have ever encountered. I had trouble with my car on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning I called and was told to bring the car down and they would shuttle me home. I was greeted by Jay Martin who knew me by name as I walked into the garage. I was escorted to a waiting area that was clean and inviting and has wonderful coffee. Joe the shuttle driver graciously drove me home and my car was completed that afternoon. I have never had any complaints with this dealership. I purchased my Suburban from them ten years ago and I have never had such complete satisfaction from any other dealership. I had the pleasure to work with Lou Bove. I went in to "downsize" since I am getting married in a year and wanted to eliminate some payments. I went in and the showroom was immaculate.
