This dealership was absolute perfection. From the moment I walked into an extremely clean showroom I felt very comfortable and very at ease. The first car he showed us was exactly what me and my family was looking for. This showed me he was listening to my needs and delivered sound advise. This was very unusual for a car dealership. He suggested we continue looking around. He was not pushy about this, he just wanted to make sure we were happy with what we were looking at. He stayed in the back round while my wife and I looked around and talked. Mr Santoro was nearby but we did not get the impression he was eavesdropping. This problem has happened at other dealerships and it turned us off, causing us to leave right away. Mr. Santoro had all the answers to our questions, we did not feel any pressure at any time during our buying process. After we decided to purchase the car, there was no bickering or prodding back and forth about price. This was extremely refreshing. We knew what other dealerships were offering. Mr. Santoro and Mr. Connolly were right on target with the price and the offer for our trade in. Buying a car should be a fun experience. The other dealerships we went to took all the fun out of the buying process. At Connolly's we got a great price, and we had a great time. Upon delivery, we were surprised to find the car was ready ON TIME. The car was perfectly clean, with a full tank of gas. Mr. Santoro went over every square inch of the car. His explanations of the nuances of the car were right on target. He did such a great job we really didn't have any questions. This buying experience was fantastic. After the inspection there were a few minor things that needed to be done and they made sure it got fixed before they delivered the car to me.
