The fact is, purchasing a used car from a "dealer" is I'm not sure how to begin this rating without sounding like I'm glorifying my true experience. The fact is, purchasing a used car from a "dealer" is a mixed bag of multiple factors. You've got the sales style, honesty, commitment and personal attention to start. In addition you've got the price negotiation and additional services that have labor hour value and possibly other costs absorbed. I could go on... Considering each individual factor comprises my overall rating criteria. I would never expect an experience with a "car dealer" to nail each and every factor and arguably would be impossible to achieve. I think there is a general negative image of the typical "car dealer". Herb Connolly Chevrolet is definitely not your typical "dealer". I am pleased to take the time and provide this review to publically share my experience. Recognition is well deserved here. I will honestly state that every single aspect of my experience at Herb Connolly Chevrolet was nothing short of top notch! I dealt with Lou and Brenden and they were both absolute professionals who were genuinely interested in customer service and satisfaction. I ended up staying about an hour after normal business hours and I was never pressured. In fact, I did not realize the dealership closed because there was no mention of that to me (and I didn't read the hours). I consider that going above and beyond due to absolutely no indication by emotion or expression that I was keeping someone late that night. I impacted someone's personal time without a blink. I consider that a customer service commitment! I will also state that both Lou and Brenden took all the time I needed to answer my questions and allow me to make decisions and preparations. I never once felt rushed, pressured nor did I feel like I was just a dollar sign. I absolutely highly recommend Herb Connolly Chevrolet and I hope that others will mimic my experience and share it here as I did. Thank you for your time, Ray More

This dealership is wonderful. I bought a car from them years ago and had a few problems with it. Each time I brought it in, they listened to me and showed that they cared. They worked time and time again years ago and had a few problems with it. Each time I brought it in, they listened to me and showed that they cared. They worked time and time again until they figured out the problem. They also hand delivered my car to work for me once because it was the only way I could make it work. I have since gotten a new car and I bought it at another chevy dealer. I wasnt living in the area at the time. I have now moved back and will only bring my car to Herb Connolly in Framingham. Jay and Justin are wonderful and do everything they can to help the customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. They are the reason that I stayed with Chevy. More

John did a great job with our Buick he had the service work completed and had the bumper repaired at their Body Shop. John let us use a loaner car because he needed our car over night.
