Outstanding customer experience. I went in for a repair. Mel (the device rep) was supportive and communicated clearly with me. He was very transparent about the work that needed to be I went in for a repair. Mel (the device rep) was supportive and communicated clearly with me. He was very transparent about the work that needed to be done and what it would cost. He worked with me as I tried to get the manufacturer to cover it. Alas, to no avail, but throughout it all Mel was understanding of my frustration and disappointment while providing me the best support possible.
