They wrote on my oil change sticker 4,000 miles until my next oil change. I Called back twice to inquire about it. Still no response and it is 3 days later. next oil change. I Called back twice to inquire about it. Still no response and it is 3 days later. More

***UPDATED*** After I posted this review/ the dealership contacted me and asked if I would raise my rating to 5 stars from the 1 star I had previously given. They sent a check to cover the two he dealership contacted me and asked if I would raise my rating to 5 stars from the 1 star I had previously given. They sent a check to cover the two headlights that I had replaced at a different dealership down the street. I appreciate that they paid for the headlights. After the way I was treated in the dealership that day and how the only cause for them helping he was that I posted online, I am upgrading my rating to a 3 star review. I still will not go back unless I absolutely have to. But I appreciate that they care about their reputation- hopefully they work in treating customers well before there is an issue. Gotta say, my sales rep Zach was nice but this has been a pretty xxxxty experience all around. I bought the car because I was pre-approved by Capital One and found it online. I purchased but never got physical or digital copies of my sales paperwork. Was told "we will send it later." It's been a couple months- later has not come. I recieved the car with a rejection sticker on it- was told I needed to drive around for 1000 miies and come back. Then the check engine light comes on and I bring it in, it's kept for several days for only what I can assume meant parts were replaced. I'm not sure though because no one ever explained it to me. I never recieved paperwork for that. Why wasn't this caught before I left the lot? I had to bring it back because the air conditioner wasn't working. Now both headlights are out and I come in because getting service on the phone is almost impossible- but when I called earlier this week I was sent to a dealership that doesnt have affiliation with them. Add to it all, the gentleman who apparently is customer service agent of the year, doesn't seem to grasp the fact that his desk is in the middle of the showroom feels the need to loudly boast his disgust with someone that expects to recieve a product of quality when they need to take out a loan to purchase it from a "refutable" dealership. He loufly kept repeating "Headlights? Headlights! NO- Thats HIS car. He needs be responsible for what he purchased." Keep in mind- I bought it in May, it is July and both headlights are out. I mean two bulbs? The dealership couldnt cover that? Are you doing so poorly and don't care about getting business back in the future that a $65 bill is too much to cover? I recieved a Carfax notification that I apparently need an oil change- I thought "Nahh, they must have done that before they let me buy it." But now I don't believe that this dealership wouid have the the where for all to actually do that. I will not be back to this place. They do not give a crap what they are selling as long as they sell it. They will not take care of their customers. Go somewhere else/ trust me! More

Best I have ever dealt with Paul was not pushy in any way. One thing I hate is car shopping due to pushy salesmen. He was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back again! way. I wrote in with an offer. I got an immediate robo- reply and I think the next day what felt like another. Neither addressed my offer. Then I got what might have been a perso I got an immediate robo- reply and I think the next day what felt like another. Neither addressed my offer. Then I got what might have been a person emailing me, but again, no acknowledgment of what is actually offered. By the time a 4th email came in it felt like a person - still nothing about my offer. I replied asking if they received my offer and if they had no reply then they could otherwise just stop emailing. No response. More
Paul (the salesman) was good to work with, but I was disappointed by several things. About 2 weeks after I bought the car (3 years old, ~30K miles) I called about a potential tire issue (I had been putt disappointed by several things. About 2 weeks after I bought the car (3 years old, ~30K miles) I called about a potential tire issue (I had been putting air into the tire 2x/day). Their first response was to blame a nail (OK, maybe reasonable), but they did not offer to look at it, instead just told me to go anywhere. So I did - turned out that they sold me a car with a cracked rim, and a chunk out of the tire! I took it to them and they agreed to fix the rim - by welding it. I was a bit concerned about this approach, but what could I do; I hope it holds. But, it did not end there. They were 'done' with it 4 days later - went to pick it up - they had not replaced the tire! I complained; they agreed to replace the tire. It took them almost 2 weeks to replace the tire! To be honest with you, I think that they completely forgot about my car (it had pine needles all over it when I picked it up...). Not impressed with their attention to detail (selling a used car with a cracked rim! really!) and customer service, but I love the car! (Hope the weld holds.) More
