Easy process, no pressure Looking for a Bolt, I searched the Chevy website for dealers, and I was sent to Herb Connolly Chevy. After an email with their internet sales group I scheduled an appointment for a test drive. We then met with John Gould. He was polite, easy going, very knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all. This is unlike any dealership experience I have ever had, where every move and word is a strong high pressure sales tactic. John simply gave me the information I needed, and worked with me to find a deal I was comfortable with. I have worked for a dealership group in the past as a software developer building applications for the back office. so I understand the inner workings of a high pressure dealer ship like the "Come on down" guys. This was nothing like that. I can highly recommend this dealership and John Gould as they made the process easy, as low stress as possible. There was one hiccup, but even that was handled with ease. The license plate has to be redone due to a mistake. So instead of having to run around myself. John took control of the situation, went to the registry ~30 miles from the dealership, waited in line to replace the license plates and handle all of the extra paperwork required, and even dropped of the vehicle at my office, and took my trade. Fantastic service and response to a situation that gives me confidence if there happen to be any other issues with the car, or related, it will be handled well. Thank you John and Herb Connolly Chevrolet for getting me into a fantastic car, the Motor Trend Car of the year Chevy Bolt EV, and for making the process easy and seamless even with some challenges along the way.
