I worked with John Gould to purchase a used Subaru Forester. This was my first time buying a car on my own. John immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole experience. He never made me feel pushed to buy or rushed in any way. He answered all my questions and was always able to communicate over the phone and through text with follow up questions. Happy buyer of used car I had a direct and positive buying experience dealing w/ Rodrigo Sr and his nephew Rodrigo Jr. After talking to several junior sales people I was abl I had a direct and positive buying experience dealing w/ Rodrigo Sr and his nephew Rodrigo Jr. After talking to several junior sales people I was able to talk directly to Rodrigo Sr and was able to agree to reasonable terms on a car they had advertised for sale. He was very responsive and reasonable in our conversation. He initially offered me a low trade-in value but raised it dramatically when I said it was a "deal-breaker" in my purchase. I arrived to trade-in, pay, and drive away my pre-owned car with only a very positive experience. Rodrigo Jr handled this pick-up/payment day very well w/ friendly professionalism. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEALING WITH BOTH RODRIGO Sr AND Jr!!! More
