We found a specific car we were looking for through their online website and set up an appointment the following day to drive in and see it. Lou Bove was waiting at the door and immediately took care of us. He sat us at his desk, looked up the car we wanted and also showed us a few other options that were similar to our interest. When going outside, he gave us plenty of time to look through the cars, describing each one and comparing the differences. When we were ready to test drive it, he took his time with us and allowed both my husband and I to take our turns with driving. Once we decided on the right one for us, he made the sales part easy for us. Coming from a bad experience with a previous car dealer, I was unsure about how it would go. Lou made the process so comfortable and unintimidating that I cant say enough about him.
