Got exactly what I wanted! I was shopping for a newer car over President's Day weekend, had the Chevy Cruz in mind, but had not seen the newer 2016 models yet. AWESOME 2016 Silverado 3500 Crew Cab High Country Duramax Lou Bove the salesperson was extreamly knowlegeable on the truck and its full capabilities. I did look at some other dealers & the sales people were Lou Bove the salesperson was extreamly knowlegeable on the truck and its full capabilities. I did look at some other dealers & the sales people were not as well versed in the trucks towing and payload capabilities. I took the truck back to get the sticker a few days later & I had a few questions. Lou come out & went thru every question and the one question he could not answer on the spot, he called me an hour later with the answer he got from the diesel tech. My wife & I had the best car buying experience ever with this group. This truck is a major investment that will last for years & Lou introduced us to the service team that will be servicing the truck, all around a great experience. More

Car service - fixing brake noise I had a difficult to diagnose problem with my brakes. Joe and John worked so well with me to reproduce a problem that only happen after driving at ov I had a difficult to diagnose problem with my brakes. Joe and John worked so well with me to reproduce a problem that only happen after driving at over 55mph for 15 min with the car. Once they got the sound to occur they worked diligently to figure out how to correct the problem. Very professional and conscientious. He even asked me to call him back after I drove it on the highway to make sure it was fixed. When I called him the next day he was thrilled to hear it was fixed. It is so nice to see someone take such pride in his work. Thank you. More

Best Car Purchase Experience My husband and I were on a search for a new Chevy Silverado, and came across some deals that Herb Connolly had at the time. We contact them and sch My husband and I were on a search for a new Chevy Silverado, and came across some deals that Herb Connolly had at the time. We contact them and schedule a visit. Once we got there we were introduced to Claudio as our sales rep. Let me tell you, he made the visit so smooth and had so much knowledge about his vehicles. We had an awesome experience and the fact that he spoke Portuguese which is my native language, made the visit feel like I was buying a car from a friend. He was calm and patient, even with my 21 month old daughter who went with us. He was able to get us the most for our trade and the best deals that we ended it up buying a better truck the same day of our visit. The day we picked up the car, he explained everything, all the features better than any other vehicle purchases we had in the past with other dealers. I will defiantly recommend Herb Connolly Chevy.
