We were not sure if we wanted to lease or buy, and John gave us the information we needed so we could make the right decision for us. He did not try to influence us one way or the other. The combination of color and features was not in Connolly's inventory this late in the season, but John located it at a local dealer quickly and delivered us the car we wanted. I went home and did my homework about what a reasonable cost for the vehicle should be given the options I wanted and John came back with a price that was lower than what I asked for. There was no haggling or bargaining required. Even if they did not have what I wanted on the lot, he was willing to work with me to find it elsewhere without incurring transfer charges. In the end, I bought the Tahoe that was pretty much exactly how I would have built it to order. That was easy! More
