On Friday, April 4, 2014 I visited the Chevrolet dealership in Framingham, MA. It was my good fortune to meet a fine gentleman and salesman named John Gould. After determining our budget and desires, Mr. Gould offered a completely fair price for our 2008 Chevy HHR and showed us three models of 2011 Chevy Cruzes. We took a test drive and then a different car for a test drive and drove the selected car home the same day. Everything was un-pressured and low key. We left happy and on a high note with a much better car than we came in with. Hooray! More

I just want to start out by saying I had stop buying new cars because of the terrible experience I have had other dealerships. A friend of mine told me to try Herb Connnolly, I wanted to buy a new 2014 sil cars because of the terrible experience I have had other dealerships. A friend of mine told me to try Herb Connnolly, I wanted to buy a new 2014 silverado pickup and I did not want to wait a couple years for a used one. I gave Herb Connolly a try. I meet Claudio Soares after talking to him for about 15 minutes I realize I found the person I wanted to buy a new truck from. I told him my mind was set on a few things in this truck and if they did not have it on the lot could he locate one or could I order one he said yes. That was one sign I got was positive to me, he was not going to try to sell me something I was not going to be happy with. I left that afternoon because I ran out of time I told him I would be back the next day, he said he would look for the truck I was interested in. The next day I stop by and felt so computable with Claudio he was like a lost friend. He show me a truck and had me take for a test drive. I told him after I wanted to bring my wife by because the truck was for her. The next day we stop by and she saw a truck that had just came into the lot she loved it and we put a down payment on it. We were going to pick it up on Monday. I went home that night and kept looking at the truck that I had bought. I was not happy with the truck, it had some option I did not want, and cost a few more thousand dollars. I went back the next day to talk to Claudio told him I was not truly happy with this truck. THIS IS WHAT AMAZED ME, he said you need to be happy with the truck what do you want to do, I said I would like to order the one that I had pick out. He talk to Douglas Barcelos the next thing we were doing was ordering a new silverado with the option that I wanted. Claudio made this a very positive experience, as far as I am concern Herb Connolly and General Motors is lucky to have a salesman like Claudio, and I Hope Herb Connolly realizes this. Everyone I talk to about my new truck I tell them about Claudio and Herb Connolly. More
