I'm admittedly a pain in the *** when it comes to buying a car - spreadsheets, research, etc - an I am generally untrusting of car dealerships ever since I had a few bad experiences elsewhere. However, my 3rd experience with Herb Connolly Chevy quickly reminded me of why I love buying cars from them! - They work hard to make you feel welcome and that you aren't just a sales quota number. - They are genuine, patient, and understanding. - They turn over every stone to get you the best deal (I shouldn't be driving a truck this nice!). - They take care of their employees (3rd car in 10 years, and everyone from my 1st car purchase is still working there - that says a TON). - They are quick to respond, via email, phone, and even text.
