Working with Lou Bove was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in buying a truck. I own a landscaping business and have bought quite a few trucks over the years and have never been treated better I have ever had in buying a truck. I am a researcher and I like to get the best deal possible. Prior to going out to see Lou I knew my prices and already had another great deal lined up. I enjoy the process of buying and expected to have to work to get a better deal. I didn't have to work. Lou knew the pricing in the market so well he beat the deal I had already had on his first offer. I was amazed (and a little disappointed) that I didn't have to haggle at all. I had done a lot of work at other dealers to get to the deal I had and he beat it on his first offer! Then came the part that put it over the top for me. I was buying the truck. Lou knew that I was buying the truck. He then proceeded to inform me that he could give me a $1,000 top of the line cover for my pickup bed because there was a promotion that Chevy was running that I didn't know about. I almost fell out of my chair! He did not have to tell me about this and he did anyway, and he did it with a smile. Lou was by far the best person I have ever worked with when buying a truck. This was actually 3 years ago that I had this experience. I have since bought another truck from Lou and have told other people to go out there and see him. I would have bought a new SUV as well but we decided to wait a little longer on that one. I'm writing this review now because I just referred a friend and needed to get the contact info to send over and I found it on this site when I searched. I live 45 minutes away from the Herb Connolly dealership but will continue to go see Lou whenever I am looking to buy and tell everyone else to as well. See you soon Lou! More

Two years ago I walked into the dealership and met Lou Bove. I didn't have much money and my credit was not so great. She didn't have any credit and after speaking with Lou, he was able to find her a car and financing was approved. This past month we were in need of a car and automatically went back to Lou. Within a week we were financed and back into a Malibu. The experience with Lou finding a car in our price range and Rodrigo for securing financing has been great. We would highly recommend Lou and the dealership for a great car buying experience. More

The experience that I had was very relaxing. No pressure from anyone involved with the transaction including Armando's supervisor. Sales and service have always provided me with professionalism in their service, knowledge in their work and explanations, and courtesy in our conversations.
