Herb Gordon Nissan values our loyal customers and recognizes that our communication should have been better. The Rogue was brought in on 09/18 with a flat tire on the front left side of their vehicle and was replaced. On 09/25, the vehicle was brought in with TPMS warning light on and we discovered a nail in the left rear tire, not the same tire that was replaced a week earlier. We understand why the customer may have thought it was the same tire as the initial repair order should have listed which tire was replaced and the type of damage. Van Westerlund, General Manager at Herb Gordon Nissan contacted the customer on 09/26 and apologized for the poor communication with our staff and the poorly composed repair order. Once the customers understood that it was a different tire, we were able to quickly resolve the customers’ concern and we believe they are completely satisfied at this point.
