I've been buying my vehicles from this dealer since 2003 I'm told that my 2012 Rogue needs a repair done immediately. Under recommendations RECOMMEND AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR AND EVACUATE AND RECHARGE $13 I'm told that my 2012 Rogue needs a repair done immediately. Under recommendations RECOMMEND AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR AND EVACUATE AND RECHARGE $1348.75. While at the dealer my wife was told this is not covered under warranty. This vehicle is not even three years old! Bill called me and told me just the opposite-the repair is covered under warranty however there's a $50 deductible. What is going on with this dealer? More

When picking up the car, he spent time showing me how all the features worked. He was super knowledgeable about the cars. He really cares about the customer and the car buying experience. When i got to Herb-Gordon, Ms. Chantelle introduced me to Mr. Musa Faal this great man had me testing driving my car with in, the first 10min of being there, i told him i loved it , and he said good because its yours, i was in all, that with only being there for a hour i was driving away in my new car. We had been talking for about 2 to 3 weeks and every time I called with a question he treated me with kid gloves and enthusiasm. My whole experience at Herb Gordon Nissan from start to finish was excellent. Your entire staff is awesome, friendly and very professional. In the beginning I was worried about attempting to go at it alone, but Mr. Musa Faal made this the least painful experience of my Life. I would gladly recommend Musa and Herb Gordon Nissan anytime someone I know is interested in purchasing a car. Continued excellent service I made another appointment for a scheduled servicing of my 2013 Nissan Altima. Arrived on time and met Lynn Fritz and her team (I had used another ser I made another appointment for a scheduled servicing of my 2013 Nissan Altima. Arrived on time and met Lynn Fritz and her team (I had used another service employee no longer at this location). I did have some questions about noises in my car, the technicians checked them out and found the cause of the problems. I waited 48 hours for parts to be ordered and today brought the car back in to have the new parts installed (covered by the warranty). Lynn and her team made the entire process easy and they were most courteous and kept me informed of the progress as I had to wait until they finished. My one and only criticism is that the waiting room is comfortable, spacious, clean and well-lit BUT today it was a bit too much: I was to be waiting over 3 hours. I needed the time to work (research and writing) but the TV is kept on to CNN - a cable news network noted for being unbearably dull - and the room filled up as time went on with a lot of children waiting with a parent, making it impossible to work, to read, or to concentrate. It would help to perhaps leave a quiet corner for those who do want to work in a more quiet atmosphere, especially when waiting over an hour. More
I don't have to tell anyone that shopping for a car is very stressful. My wife and I were looking for an SUV and were dead set on a 2014 Ford Explorer. We drove one and liked it but the 2nd row was rea is very stressful. My wife and I were looking for an SUV and were dead set on a 2014 Ford Explorer. We drove one and liked it but the 2nd row was really small. We then test drove a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and loved it. Now that we had an idea of the car we wanted we had to find a dealership that would give us a good price. I saw the exact car I wanted on the Herb Gordon website and called in. I am located in Springfield, VA so the trip up there was only going to be if I was going to buy it for the right price. We test drove other Pathfinders near our house and called Herb Gordon to see what the best price we could get out the door (car, tax, title fees). Joe worked with this sales manager to get a price that was right in our budget. The consumer and shopper that I am shopped other dealerships to see if they could match the price so that I would not have to go up to Silver Spring and higher a baby sitter. Well after talking to other dealerships in my area they said they would match but then when I showed up with the check they kept on adding $300 here for cross bars, $200 here for floor mats and then we were over our budget. This whole time I was talking with Joe over the phone and email saying I am still interested if he can get the car. He said that the original car we were looking at on their lot was sold to a dealership in Delaware but, he could get the exact same car from a local dealership in PA for the same price. I thought... what? Usually when they dealerships get cars from other dealers, the price will be more because they have to trade or work with the other dealer. Joe said nope, same price. I did not believe him since I had sour experiences thus far with salesmen. They ordered the car form the dealership in PA on Thurs afternoon and it got to the dealership at 6pm on Friday, perfect timing. They also detailed it, make sure it was up to service and filled it with a full tank of gas. Exactly what I wanted. This is when Joe went the extra mile for me. He took pictures of the sales order and the final price he mentioned. He also had the sales manager sign off on it stating that they are good with the price! My wife and I were excited and got a baby sitter so we could drive up Friday night to pick up the car. When we got there we saw the car and it was exactly like Joe said. We test drove the car and Joe was showing me the features and the informing me about the car. We had to wait about 1.5 hours to get in the finance guy but that was not a big deal. It was the last day of the month at 9pm at night, we knew we would have to wait. The dealership was very clean and had a big TV with satellite so we enjoyed that while we waited. Joe was so awesome that I asked him if he had change for a $20 that I had to get a drink and a snack for my wife. Joe actually went into his office, got us a soda and some food and gave me $2 for the vending machine! Who does that? It was awesome. While we were waiting we spoke with the sales manger and he was as nice as he could be. He made sure we were comfortable and let us know that it was busy since it was the end of the month. While we were waiting, Joe pulled the car around into the heated service area and ran through paring up our phones to the Bluetooth and showing my wife and me features on the car. This was going the extra mile. When all said and done, Herb Gordon Nissan was a great experience. They worked with us on price and delivery of the vehicle was fast and non-issues. Joe was a great salesman but also a genuine nice guy. We might have to replace our 2nd car come 2 or 3 years from now and we will be sure to reach out to Herb Gordon and Joe again, such a painless process when I went with this dealership. More
