Thank you for your feedback about Herb Gordon Nissan. We want to apologize for the confusion we created on the warranty repair for your 2012 Rogue. We had a new Service Advisor working with you who saw you were out of the factory warranty due to the mileage (42,000 miles), but wasn’t aware that you possessed an extended warranty which took care of the repair. It was a training issue and we should have done a better job in explaining. The $50 charge is the deductible; if you choose to do the repair, we will of course waive the deductible.
