I have leased new cars from this dealership for the last ten years. I saw an ad in the Chicago Tribune for a new 2011 CTS All Wheel Drive for a very low lease rate and thought the dealer would try to sell u ten years. I came in a while back and wanted to buy my truck. I cannot think of the name of the gentleman who helped me, he sits on the other side of Ray...an african american gentle. He called and checked on me and I promised him that I would be back. On June 3, 2011, I came in to purchase my truck and he was not in. Ray approched me and I told him that I wanted the guy that sits on the other side of him and i was told that he was off. I felt bad. I wanted my truck and I wanted the guy who I had promised the sale too. Well Ray took excellent care of me and I am well satisfied with the outcome. so I just want to say that both gentlemen helped me to decide with my decision to return to purchase my truck from Haritage Cadillac. I was referred to this dealership by my close friend who has purchased several vehicles from Heritage Cadillac. The finance people got the deal done after completing and online app. The entire experience went smoothly and the people were courteous, professional, accommodating and friendly. The car was very clean and in superb condition. I have purchased many Cadillacs in the past and often times the sales and finance people are pushy as though they are doing you a favor. This was not the case, and I would refer my friends to them, as well as return for another vehicle. More
Went in to upgrade our 2005 DeVille to a DTS. Dealt with Tom Monoco who gave us a fair price on a 2008 DTS. They also had a 2005 XLR that we were interested in and we basically told Tom what we wanted on our trade (a different make/model) and what we wanted the XLR for. It took a couple days but we pretty much got our price. Bought two cars from them in less than a week. More
I purchased a 2005 Cadillac Deville from this dealership. Unfortunately, four days later the car broke down - completely and totally dead. As it was the middle of the night, I had it towed to my house and anxiously awaited Monday morning when I could call the dealership. The tow truck driver speculated that the problem was either the alternator or the starter. Since I had opted out of the purchase of a warranty, Fran informed me she wasn't sure they could help me. After speaking with her manager Rob, she called and informed me that not only would they be sending a tow truck to my home to retreive the car, they would also pay for any repairs needed. Luckily it was simply a bad battery in the car. They could not have known what repairs were needed or how much they would cost when they offered to fix it at their expense. After this experience I don't think I would purchase a car from any other dealer. I understood what not purchasing the warranty meant. The fact that Heritage Cadillac was so concerned with their reputation that they went above and beyond to rectify the situation (when they had no obligation to do so) speaks volumes to their overall character. Dealer experience was excellent but the transferign of my ON Star account was terrible. This was not a falt of the Dealer it was a total screw-up by the ON STAR system. OS people tried to help and were very nice but sustem would not allow my existing number to be transfered to the new car SO I CANCELLED and will tell all I meet abpout my dis-satisfactiion with the system. To bad up to now I have enjoyed it. And it may mean I will not buy a GM product next time. That severs a 55 year owner ship of GM products. George E Morrison III More
This was the second Cadillac CTS that I leased from the dealership. I went back for the second time because I like the service that I received for the first car. However,the salesman that I used to lease my 2009 CTS was no longer at the dealership. I stopped by the dealership in March on the way home from work and met Ray Gandurski. He has none of the stereotypical car salesman qualities. He is upfront and honest. He was unable to find the car I wanted, so he ordered one from Detroit. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want. He was professional and easy to deal with. I couldn't recommend the dealership and Ray Gandurski more highly. In fact, I am recommending him to my business partners when their lease runs out for their cars. Steve Thacker More
This is my 2nd time leasing at Heritage & everyone there is amazing. They are helpful & curteous and I can't imagine going anywhere else!
