I can use your help -- obviously, this is not the way we expect our sales team to take care of our customers, and this deserves to be addressed and corrected. The salesman that day wore a red jacket and didn't provide his name otherwise it'd have been in the reciew. Theres no making this right for as I have purchased a new SUV at another dealership that appreciated me as a customer and showed good manners. You may use my review as an example for employees as how to not treat customers. Manners are huge for me and very rare apparently.

I am not aware of who may have been wearing a red coat but we are trying to find out and will follow-thru with the appropriate discipline. Understand there is no making this right. I have bought a new SUV at another dealership. I have judged your dealership as inadequate. My needs have been more than adequately met by another dealership. There is no need for services from your dealership. Please find the man responsible for your lack of business. As for my friend, they know about my interaction and have since stoped giving referrals to this dealership
