Awesome Experience I traded in my 2012 Dodge Challenger for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport. My husband and I didn't think we would find the one that I wanted on the lot but I traded in my 2012 Dodge Challenger for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport. My husband and I didn't think we would find the one that I wanted on the lot but low and behold there it was.....Black with a Soft Top. Charles Artman was there to greet us and immediately let us take a test drive. It wasn't one of those short test drives down the street and back. We went on the highway and then on a winding back road so I could get a true feel of how the vehicle drove. I fell in love immediately. Back to the showroom to wheel and deal. I was very pleased at what they gave me for my trade in and the price of the Jeep. I have to say that I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. WORST customer experience EVER! Purchasing a vehicle from Freedom Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was the worst customer service experience I've ever had to be a part of. I would never buy a Purchasing a vehicle from Freedom Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was the worst customer service experience I've ever had to be a part of. I would never buy another vehicle from these folks - nor would I go there for any type of service. I had issues with my brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that they couldn't seem to reproduce (rough shifting) or see (a large crack across the instrument panel). I took it to another Chrysler/Jeep dealer and things were all taken care of for me. We were treated rudely by the service personnel at Freedom and it was quite apparent that they didn't want to deal with the issues the Jeep was having as they considered them "minor". More
