Service needed: new valet key for Accord. Estimated 45 min, ran 60. Programmed new beeper key instead of valet key requested. Advised it would be an additional 10 min. to do proper key--it was 20. Billed labor @ $97.67, based on $95/hr; can't tell whether I paid for their labor in fixing mistake, but I may have. Added $12 hazmat charge to bill. I asked what hazardous materials were involved in programming valet key. Cashier said, "Oh, they just add that on." I persisted in wanting to know details. Never got explanation, but they took the hazmat charge off final bill. This was 2d bad experience w/service dept. First was when TPM light kept coming on; required several trips back to dealership before diagnosed. However, that service manager apologized and tried to be helpful. More

Pricing has always been reasonable, esp. for having the highly trained techs and factory parts they have.They're building a new "state of the art facility" and I can't wait to try it! I've purchased both of them there, and their sales staff has always gone out of their way to treat me like family! I rated them all 5's because they are worth it!! More

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Accord. When I go there for service everyone is very happy and helpfull. I always need to wait for my car since I use it for work. I have had my Odyssey for over 2 years and I love the vehicle. The service here just makes it better. Everyone is so helpful. My 1998 Honda Civic was having brake problems and the ABS light came on Saturday afternoon. I took it to Heritage Honda in Westminster and got there right when the service department was closing. Tom, the light came on Saturday afternoon. I took it to Heritage Honda in Westminster and got there right when the service department was closing. Tom, the advisor, was able to arrange for one of the mechanics to check the brakes and make sure it was safe to drive. It was, and he then scheduled an appointment for me Monday morning to take care of the problem. When I took the car in on Monday they were able to take the car into the shop immediately and I was surprised when they had my car back to me in under 1 hour. The service was outstanding and I will definately recommend them to my friends. Ann M. More
