I wasn’t sure if I was having an issue with my car that was repairable and I needed to know prior to my warranty running out (which was very soon). Annie (service advisor) was very kind and assisted with m was repairable and I needed to know prior to my warranty running out (which was very soon). Annie (service advisor) was very kind and assisted with me to come in at the end of the day to have it checked out (to avoid me having to leave my car there).She had Malcolm Duncan take my car out on a test drive with me. Malcolm was very friendly snd professional. We found that there was nothing wrong with the car ( which was a great relief). My car has a lot of bells and whistles on it. Malcolm taught me what was the issue and he was able to go into settings and do an adjustment and he also taught me how to correct another problem I was having with charging my phone. He was very educational, professional and helpful. I left there happy and very relieved about my car. Bravo, Malcolm and Annie! More
